Eric Meyer

Eric is a Vice President at Activate Capital.

Prior to joining Activate, Eric was an Associate at ValueAct Capital, an activist hedge fund, where he covered investment ideas spanning several sectors including energy and industrials. Most notably, Eric was involved with the investment in Baker Hughes, advocating the breakup or sale of the company to GE. Eric began his career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company in their Silicon Valley office.

Eric graduated from Yale University with his BS in chemistry. Eric received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with high honors.
